Full plan sets include the following

- TITLE SHEET
- This sheet contains the owner's name, sheet index, symbol legends, and code enforcement information
- SITE PLAN
- The site plan shows how the home will fit on the lot, as well as drives, sidewalks, and fences.
- 1st FLOOR PLAN
- The Floor Plan lays out the the wall and room planning for the 1st Floor of the home.
- 2nd FLOOR PLAN
- The Floor Plan lays out the the wall and room planning for 2nd Floor of the home.
- EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS
- The Exterior Elevations will give the outside view of the home, and give such information as wall
height and materials
- FOUNDATION PLAN
- The Foundation Plan lays out structural elements of the foundation such as footings
- ROOF FRAMING PLAN
- This includes information such as rafter sizes and locations
- BUILDING SECTION
- This shows the home in several views as though it were cut open in locations defined on the floor plan
- CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
- The construction details show some architectural details that may not show on any other plan
- CABINET DETAILS
- The cabinet details show the sizes of the built in cabinets throughout the home
- ELECTRICAL PLAN
- The electrical plan gives locations of outlets, switches, as well as locations and types of
lighting fixtures
